In Morocco, Law 09-08 requires every personal data processing activity to be notified to the CNDP before it starts: HR, customers, suppliers, marketing, video surveillance. Depending on the data involved, a simple declaration is enough, or prior authorisation is required.

How long does a CNDP filing take?
A simple declaration (F211) is usually processed within a few business days after filing. A prior authorisation (F112/F113) can take several weeks.
Is filing with the CNDP itself paid?
No, filing is free. Our fee covers qualifying your processing activities, preparing the dossier and following up until the receipt.
How many processing activities does a small business need to declare?
Usually 4 to 6: HR, customers, suppliers, marketing, website and video surveillance if applicable.
