Privacy policy
This policy explains which data RGPD Conseil Maroc receives through this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, under Moroccan Law 09-08 and, where it applies, the GDPR.

Recipients and providers
Data is only accessible to authorised RGPD Conseil Maroc staff and to the providers we need: Cloudflare (website hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery), Calendly (appointment booking) and Google (audience measurement, only after consent). These providers may process data outside Morocco; RGPD Conseil Maroc frames these transfers under Law 09-08 and, for data subject to the GDPR, with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data (Law 09-08). Where the GDPR applies, you also have the rights to erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to contact@rgpdconseilmaroc.com. Proof of identity will only be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
You can lodge a complaint with the CNDP (cndp.ma) or, if you are in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.
Security
RGPD Conseil Maroc applies access controls, data minimisation, encrypted communications and incident management proportionate to the risks.
